The postponement of COP26 was unavoidable given the incidence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, the significance of COP26 is evermore poignant. The climate change crisis, likewise Covid-19, requires all stakeholders – citizens, corporations, governments and international agencies – to take decisive actions to address this menace to our earth and all related issues including those involving health, education, equality, discrimination, safety and development. Ensuring a sustainable and ecologically balanced planet is our collective priority.
