MRS. TOLULOPE AKANDE-SADIPE

Mrs. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters’ degree in International Business Management. Her successful career which spans three decades has seen her add value to her curriculum vitae based on her work experience with several blue-chip institutions including Gardiner Kamya & Associates in the USA, The Dangote Group and GT Bank Plc. in Nigeria.

Tolulope Akande-Sadipe established Westlake Consultants, a company with an excellent track record in providing Strategy, Capacity Development and Process Re-engineering, Transformation Initiatives and Solutions to both public and private sector clients. She was Centre for Management Development certified in 2008 and is also an associate of the Chartered Quality Institute United Kingdom. In 2010, she was invited to volunteer her expertise to anchor and facilitate the activities of the Synergy Group, an initiative of senior management of Lagos State Government ministries, parastatals and companies, set up to foster synergy and efficient inter-departmental workflow amongst the entities.

In January 2016, she was appointed the Special Adviser Projects to the Governor of Oyo State. On 13th June, 2019, Mrs. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe was inaugurated into the House of Representatives of Nigeria representing the Oluloye Federal Constituency of Ibadan, Oyo State. She is the Chairperson of the House Committee on Diaspora.

Mrs. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe is a founding member of the Live Abundantly!^® Board of Trustees’, an organisation intentionally ardent on investing in the community and promoting positive positive social change™. She also has a strong philanthropic inclination which she fulfils through a charity fund set up to financially assist orphans and other disadvantaged members of society to ensure their health and education needs are provided. She is a proven Global Leadership Expert and a volunteer facilitator on Leadership and Management skills at the Fate Foundation and the Leadership School Redeemed Christian Church of God. Her participation, dedication and commitment have made her a recipient of several commendations.
